• Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Customized size items are made for you and cannot be exchanged.

• Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue, and can be used on any future purchase. Customized size items are made for you and cannot be returned.

• Return & Exchange Charges

All return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A fee of 30 AED will be applied.

Items returned outside the 7-day window or not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
